PostHeaderIcon RSJ Shuts Out Lamorinda United

(May 04, 2009) Real San Jose opened the 2009 National Premier Soccer League season with a hard earned 1-0 win over Nor Cal Lamorinda United played at Miramonte High School in Orinda CA on May 3, 2009. The match was a game of firsts as it was Eric Espinosa's first ever NPSL goal and RSJ's first ever NPSL shutout. (Photo: Eric Espinosa scored the game's only goal.)

Eric Espinosa The match played out as it does so often around the world. The first half was conservately played and ended scoreless, the visitors scored, and the home team pushed forward while the leading team defended and countered. This time it was the visitors that held on to win.

(May 4,2009) BayArea Ambassadors open their inaugural National Premier Soccer League season with a hard fought victory 1-nil over Southern Oregon Fuego Over 500 soccer fans turned up at the game which was played at Chabot College on Sunday May 3rd,2009.

April 21, 2009

    Rosal FC gave a strong challenge to the Ambassadors in the hard fought 2-1 victory on a blistering Sunday afternoon in Hayward, California. The visitors showed superiority in the first half drawing on the experience of their squad which features former professionals and upcoming stars. They capitalized early in the first half and led 1-nil at half time.
