Responding to the many needs in our neighborhoods, I have worked hard in many different roles to make a difference. I have been an owner of my own small business and held positions of community leadership.  It’s been privilege to serve you.

2009 SSVCF Annual Dinner at the Fairmont in San Jose, CA. John Shrader is the Master of Ceremonies for the event and introduces Don Gagliardi, SSVCF President. Main speaker of the evening Lew Wolff unveils stadium plans and gives the audience a sneak peak of what's to come for the San Jose Earthquakes.

Dave Brett fell in love with soccer growing up in New York City in the 1970s. He was a fan of the New York Cosmos of the North American Soccer League (NASL). Fifteen years ago he started collecting videotapes of the original broadcasts of NASL games. Local Soccer Scene and the San Jose Earthquakes are proud to present a unique opportunity to promote your business to the San Jose Earthquakes Fan base.  Prior to the MLS San Jose Earthquakes vs. Colorado Rapids game, come and mix with other local businesses and Earthquakes Fans.

The “Fiestas Patrias” this September 18, 2009 at Buckshaw Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.  This new event, celebrating the several Central American countries including: Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize, and Costa Rica.  Which will be providing another opportunity for local Residents and businesses to celebrate Fiestas Patrias in a more community oriented atmosphere.

The First Annual Dinner for Soccer Silicon Valley Community Foundation was held at 6 pm on Friday, October 24 (the night before the final San Jose Earthquakes home match) at Starlight Banquet Hall, 680 Minnesota Ave. in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose.   

SAVE THE DATE! SSVCF will be holding its second annual dinner on Saturday evening, September 19, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose.
