Quakes Hold 2010 Verizon Wireless Open Tryout

Local Soccer Scene Scott Ludwig reports on the 2010 San Jose Earthquakes open tryout at Stanton Field on the campus of Santa Clara, CA.

The San Jose Earthquakes held an open tryout on Sunday, Jan. 24 in Santa Clara at Stanton Field. Around 200 participants from all over the world took the field on Sunday trying to earn a spot with the Quakes and impress the coaching staff. Those that tried out were given an Earthquakes hoodie and a game ticket to the home opener on March 27 with their registration fee.
