Central Valley Youth Soccer Central Santa Clara Valley Youth Soccer was established in 1983 to provide an opportunity for San Jose’s youth to play the wonderful game of soccer. Today, we have over 1,900 children playing soccer, and this number has been growing at the rate of 150 per year.
